Sean started his dance training at the age of sixteen as a competitive competition dancer.  He accomplished wins and overall regional titles and placed in the top five for national titles.  After graduating high school, Sean was offered a full scholarship to study at the International Ballet Academy, a vigorous ballet program studying six hours a day, six days a week in Raleigh, North Carolina. Soon after he joined the International Ballet Academies traveling company. 

​Furthering his studies, he was offered another full scholarship to attend the Joffrey Ballet Jazz & Contemporary Program in New York City, New York.  Sean studied various forms of dance, including:  ballet, jazz, contemporary, Horton, musical theater, Cunningham, hip hop, heels, commercial jazz, and acting.  While in New York, he also studied and performed at places such as Broadway Dance Center, Perry Dance Center, Steps on Broadway, Alvin Ailey, and Martha Graham Studios. Sean has also performed lead roles in Swan Lake, Nutcracker, and Sleeping Beauty. A Spotlight Dancer in Dancing Under the Spotlight, off Broadway Musical Productions such as Hairspray and Chicago, and also a choreographer for the Young Choreographer Festival in New York City. 

He’s signed with RWS entertainment group based out of NYC where he has had the opportunity to perform on cruise ships and at amusement parks around the world. He’s currently assistant director at Vibe Dance Complex in Midlothian Va, With hopes of helping his students reach their highest potential while also inspiring them to not be afraid of living a life chasing their dreams. Because behind every dancer that believes in themselves is a dance teacher who believed in them first.
